Design for generation Z: expectations and recommendations with UX


The article considers the peculiarities of the Generation Generation's behavior on the Internet, their use of technologies and breaks some myths about it. In particular, for some generation Z, the main search service is YouTube, not Google.
📌 Z generation is the most diverse in terms of race, ethnicity and identity. They appreciate the availability, inclusivity, stability and balance between work and life. Their media consumption is different from previous generations.
💡 Generation Z has grown with technologies, so digital experiences are clear and acquaintance for them. They are highly skeptical to brands and advertising and almost exclusively rely on social circles, influentors and peers as the main research channels.
