Use of user segmentation matrix to increase mutual understanding in organization


The article begins with a description of a typical situation where different departments of the company have a different understanding of the needs of customers and the problems they face. This leads to long debate and inefficient decision making. To get out of this situation, the author proposes to create a joint understanding of the different segments of clients that the company focuses on.
