Creating impressions: a combination of rikyu wisdom with the principles of branded experience


Brand experience includes all the interactions of customers with the brand, covering various brand channels, products, services and meetings from the company's website to unpacking its product. This requires a user tracking every time he comes into contact with the brand and ensuring that his experience is consistent and pleasant.
🚀 Designers or a team of designers (together with the marketing department) should strive to create memorized, emotional and immersing interactions with their customers. A convincing branded experience attracts and holds customers, consolidating the brand's promise.

For example, I visited the tea ceremony in the Japanese city of Kyoto, where I was presented with Rikyu eternal wisdom. I saw with delight that such wisdom and deep knowledge can be applied to the principles of convincing branded experience.
